CHRISTMAS WISH LETTER #1
Dear Christmas Wish, I am writing this letter for my daughter who is a single mom trying to make her way in life with her young son. She is struggling to make ends meet every single day. She tries her best every day to prove for her song, yet she still seems to take five steps backwards for every step forward. Trying to figure out have to provide the best Christmas possible for her son while struggling with multiple bills is a major hardship this year. Could you please make this one of the best Christmas’s ever to ease the stress this is causing her? Thank you for your consideration and Merry Christmas.
CHRISTMAS WISH LETTER #2
Dear Christmas Wish, A family that I know is really going through a heart breaking time right now and having a rough year. A few months ago the wife had a brain aneurysm…during surgery to repair it they found an inoperable brain tumor. She now has to travel over 50 miles every day for radiation and every three weeks she has chemotherapy. Their kids deserve a nice Christmas after dealing with all the issues with their mom… and their mom would love to know that they will be smiling on Christmas morning. Thank you and Merry Christmas.
CHRISTMAS WISH LETTER #3
Dear Christmas Wish, I am writing on behalf of my son who has had a nightmare 2023. Back in March, his house caught on fire. He lost all of his belongings… and worst of all he lost his wife and two of their children in the fire. Two of his children did survive… but they were homeless. On top of all this, my son was life lighted to Pittsburgh with burns, damage to his vocal cords and ribs and was unable to talk or walk for a while. He is now back to work, but is still struggling emotionally & financially to take care of bills and the kids. With Christmas morning coming, he is very stressed about trying to make it a better for his children as he is not able to give them much at all. If you are in any way able to help him make it a better Christmas, I would be forever grateful. Thank you!
CHRISTMAS WISH LETTER #4
Dear Christmas Wish, I am writing on behalf of a family who has had a really rough year. The father was diagnosed with throat cancer in this past Spring. To top it off, the same family lost a very dear family member just a few weeks ago. They have four girls and their mom has been working as close to full time as possible to attempt to keep the bills paid and going. This family is always giving of their time to help others and it’s time for someone to try to help them. They will try to make this Christmas happen for their children no matter what, but it would be a blessing for them to have the burden lifted when they are already facing so much. Thank you for your help!
CHRISTMAS WISH LETTER #5
Dear Christmas Wish, I am writing in for my daughter. She has four boys, ages 2 through 8 years old. She had a brain tumor removed six years ago and still has some lingering side effects from it. She still has to see doctors in Pittsburgh for her condition. Her boyfriend works but with the increase in everything from food, gas, utility bills… it has been a deep struggle. I do everything I can to help but recently lost my car due a wreck. I hate that I am not able to help them because of my situation, but she tries so hard and they are all wonderful kids. I truly believe they deserve a wonderful Christmas, with all the setbacks they’ve had. Thank you and have a very blessed Christmas.
CHRISTMAS WISH LETTER #6
Dear Christmas Wish, I have been raising three grandchildren since they were babies. Also, I have added another past spring, after his mother passed away unexpectedly. This will be the first Christmas without her and I know it will be extremely tough on him and all of us. I would appreciate if you would consider giving them the best Christmas and give them hope. Thank you so much!
CHRISTMAS WISH LETTER #7
Dear Christmas Wish, I am writing this letter about my sister. She is a full time grandmother and mother of two granddaughters, ages four and two. The two year old was diagnosed with NKH at birth and just received the news that her heart was not doing good. My sister gave up everything so she could be a full time grandmother to make sure both kids are well taken care of and have the best life possible. However, I want to see a smile on her face with gifts for the girls – I can’t give her much, but at least they will know someone is watching over them. Thank you.
CHRISTMAS WISH LETTER #8
Dear Christmas Wish, My children have a friend who I have watched grow into a fine young woman. Life has thrown many struggles on her and she always smiles and looks out for others while she is struggles herself. Several months ago, her mother passed away due to an illness. Although she has been having it rough herself, she did not hesitate or think twice about taking in her little brother and sister. She is the most kind hearted young lady I know. She could really use the help this Christmas season to help brighten their smiles after such a hard year. Thank you!
CHRISTMAS WISH LETTER #9
Dear Christmas Wish, I am writing this in the spirit of helping out a co-worker of mine. She took in her three nieces and nephews after their mom shockingly passed away. They live with her and her husband and three kids. I know that she has been struggling to feed, put clothes on their back, and give the proper need of all six children. I am hoping that you can help her out this Christmas with some gifts for all the children. Thank you and Merry Christmas!
