The 3rd Annual Carter’s Cruise, a car cruise in memory of Carter Woloszyn, will be held on Saturday, July 26th from 11am to 6pm. There will be trophies and dash plaques, fundraising opportunites, food trucks, live music. Proceeds benefit Lucy’s First Step, a 501c3 charity raising money to help families who ahve lost a loved one age 18 and under with costs of funeral, grief counseling and headstone. Centerville Community Day will be held Saturday, July 26 from 10am to 8pm at the Centerville Volunteer Firehall. A day for the community to get together, support small businesses and give back to the firehall. Car show all day, DJ from 11am-2pm playing 50’s and 60’s music, Centerville Strawberry Queens pageant at 2pm, live music from 3pm-8pm, food and craft vendors all day. Bessemer Community Days will take place July 25-25th with events kicking off Friday night at 6pm. There will be a parade through town at 11:30am to start off the Saturday events.
